Oscar and the Lady in Pink

Oscar (Amir Ben Abdelmoumen), ten years old, overhears his doctor talking with his parents and learns what no one has dared to say to him: he has only a few weeks to live. Furious, he stops speaking to everyone except Rose (Michèle Laroque), a straight-talking woman in pink he meets on the hospital stairs. Éric-Emmanuel Schmitt follows the two through the weeks before Christmas, and Oscar sets out to pack a whole life into the days he has left.
