Otto – The Alien from East Frisia

East Frisia is in trouble, and Otto (Otto Waalkes) is the only one who can save it, though he can't do it alone. He needs his brother Benno, who is living abroad and has no interest in keeping an oath he swore as a kid. Otto Waalkes and Marijan David Vajda keep the jokes coming at a steady clip, and the film treats a childhood oath as a debt that still has to be paid.
