Our Time Will Come

Fang Lan (Zhou Xun) is a school teacher in Japanese-occupied Hong Kong who wants her life to hold together, and her fiancé is the one who draws her toward the Chinese guerrilla fighters working in the city. Ann Hui follows her and Liu Heizai (Eddie Peng) as they take up a resistance of their own. The film is about ordinary people deciding that freedom is worth more than the safety they had.
