Out of My Mind

Melody Brooks (Phoebe-Rae Taylor) is a sixth grader with a quick wit and a sharp mind, and almost no one around her knows it. She has cerebral palsy, uses a wheelchair, and cannot speak, so her classmates and teachers have long decided what she can do. Amber Sealey follows Melody as a young educator notices her, and as she gets her first chance in a mainstream classroom to be heard.
