Out of the Blue

“The true story of a small town massacre.”

Nick Harvey (Karl Urban) is a local policeman who wants nothing more than a quiet end to a shift in Aramoana, a small seaside town in New Zealand. On 13 November 1990, a lone gunman with a high-powered semi-automatic rifle begins stalking its residents, and Robert Sarkies follows the neighbours and a few under-armed officers through the next day. Based on true events, it shows ordinary people finding courage when there is nowhere to run.
