Over the Edge

“Nobody listened. Nobody cared. Until the night they went "Over the Edge"”

Carl (Michael Eric Kramer) is a teenager in New Granada, a planned community with little for its kids to do and plenty of adults eager to tell them so. He drifts through the days with Richie (Matt Dillon, in his first film) and the rest, bored and pushing at every rule put in front of them. Jonathan Kaplan, working from real events, keeps his eye on Carl, who is not trying to wreck anything yet and only wants somewhere to be.
