“Some fight for money... Some fight for glory... He's fighting for his son's love.”

Lincoln Hawk (Sylvester Stallone), a long-haul trucker with little money and a lot of miles behind him, drives into Las Vegas for the World Armwrestling Championship. He is there for the prize money and for his son, Michael (David Mendenhall), whom he gave up years ago to a rich, ruthless father-in-law, Jason Cutler (Robert Loggia). Menahem Golan directs the story as a plain case that a man can earn his way back to his child.
