Over Your Dead Body

Nobody can say when the rehearsal room stopped feeling safe. Kousuke Hasegawa (Ichikawa Ebizo XI) plays the murderous Iemon in a stage version of Yotsuya Kaiden, and his new lover Miyuki Goto (Ko Shibasaki) plays Oiwa, the wife he wrongs. Takashi Miike lets the play seep into their private life until the two cannot tell the stage from the bed, and what the story does to its characters threatens to happen to them.
