Pad Man

In a small village in rural India, Lakshmikant Chauhan (Akshay Kumar) runs a workshop and loves his wife Gayatri (Radhika Apte). When he learns what she and the women around him use during their periods, he sets out to make cheap sanitary pads himself. R. Balki follows a man whose experiments cost him his standing in the community, with his marriage and his neighbors' respect both on the line.
