Finn (Campino) is a famous German photographer who wants out of the life that nearly got him killed. He leaves for Palermo, Sicily, hoping the city will slow him down, though he arrives with his camera and the same restless habits. Wim Wenders puts him on those streets in the company of a local woman, and the film stays with whether she can reach someone this hard to read.
