Palm Springs

“Live like there's no tomorrow”

Nyles (Andy Samberg) drifts through a wedding in Palm Springs in a floral shirt, drink in hand, until Sarah (Cristin Milioti), the bride's reluctant maid of honor, follows him into the desert. Neither of them can leave the day. It starts over, and they wake into the same wedding again. Max Barbakow shoots the pools and the dry heat in bright, flat light, so the repeating day feels like a long afternoon nobody can walk out of.
