Papusza
Bronisława Wajsová (Jowita Budnik), known as Papusza, writes poems in her head while travelling Poland with a Roma caravan, though her husband Dionizy (Zbigniew Waleryś) wants no part of it. Joanna Kos-Krauze and Krzysztof Krauze follow her from that wandering life toward the writer Jerzy Ficowski (Antoni Pawlicki), who discovers her verse and carries it into print. Between the two of them runs a trust that neither can hold without cost.
