“All the activity has led to this...”

A woman and a silent boy move into a house on a suburban street, and the neighbors start noticing things they can't explain. Alex Nelson (Kathryn Newton), a teenager, watches it all through her laptop camera, while her little brother Wyatt (Aiden Lovekamp) grows close to the new child. It has been five years since Katie (Katie Featherston) and her nephew Hunter vanished, and the family has no idea how close that is.
