Passenger

“Jailer and prisoner… both haunted by the Holocaust.”

A German woman aboard an ocean liner bound for Europe sees a face in the crowd and stops cold. Liza (Aleksandra Śląska) tells her husband she once served as an overseer at Auschwitz, and that she saved a prisoner's life there. Munk died in a car crash while making the film, and Witold Lesiewicz finished it from what he had shot.
