Passengers

“The line between this world and the next is about to be crossed”

A plane goes down, and five people walk away from it. Claire Summers (Anne Hathaway), a young therapist, is handed the survivors by her mentor, and in group sessions they describe an explosion the airline insists never happened. Rodrigo García keeps her drawn to Eric (Patrick Wilson), the one who says the least, and the film treats memory as a version of events a person can be talked out of.
