Paternal

In a small town in central France, Simon (Grégory Gadebois) serves as a devoted parish priest. Louise (Géraldine Nakache) arrives with Aloé (Anton Alluin), an eleven-year-old boy who is Simon's son. Now Simon must find a way to hold both vocations, seeking permission from the Church to be present as a parent while remaining faithful to his priesthood. The film settles into the quiet tension between two kinds of love, watching whether a man can honor them both.
