Patrick

“Sometimes to get what you want, you have to not want what you want.”

Patrick (Kevin Janssens) is the handyman at his father Herman's (Pierre Bokma) naturist campsite, where he spends his spare hours building wooden furniture. When his hammer goes missing, he sets out to find it, and the search carries him to the far corners of the grounds, past campers who have their own troubles. Tim Mielants won Best Director at Karlovy Vary for filming it all in a flat, patient manner.
