Pearl

“An X-traordinary origin story.”

Pearl (Mia Goth) has a restless hunger that her family's isolated Texas farm in 1918 cannot hold. She chafes under her devout mother, Ruth (Tandi Wright), tends her ailing father, and sits in the dark of the movie house dreaming of a glamorous life far from the dirt. Ti West paints the farmhouse in saturated color, and Pearl stands in the yard, smiling at the animals.
