Pecker

“He never realized how far 35 millimeters would take him.”

Pecker (Edward Furlong) is a Baltimore teenager who wants to photograph everything around him: his family, his friends, the strangers at the sandwich shop where he works. Once a second-hand camera is in his hands, his pictures reach a crowd far beyond the neighborhood, and John Waters follows the attention as it spreads to Shelley (Christina Ricci) and the people he shot. The film stays on what happens to ordinary lives once someone turns a lens on them.
