Penguin Highway

“A penguin has appeared in my town.”

Penguins start turning up in a quiet Japanese village, far from any sea, and Aoyama-kun (Kana Kita), a fourth-grader who writes down everything he learns, sets out to find out why. His trail leads to Onē-san (Yu Aoi), the young woman at the dental clinic, who seems tied to the whole mystery. Hiroyasu Ishida keeps Aoyama's notes and his crush on her close together, and she answers his questions with a teasing smile.
