People I Know

“He thought he'd seen it all... until the night he saw too much.”

Eli Wurman (Al Pacino), a New York press agent, has to scramble when his biggest client is pulled into a scandal that threatens to spill onto everyone around him. Daniel Algrant follows him through a single long night of phone calls, favors owed and people who stop returning them. The film is about a man whose whole worth rests on being useful to important people, and what's left of him when they no longer need him.
