Permanent Record

“High school. Senior year. His suicide shattered their world. Their courage drove them to pick up the pieces.”

David Sinclair (Alan Boyce) is a senior with good grades, a talent for music, and a band about to land a recording session. Then he kills himself, and his best friend and bandmate Chris Townsend (Keanu Reeves) is left holding the questions nobody can answer. Marisa Silver, shooting in Portland and along the Oregon coast, stays with the friends and family as they work through the weeks after.
