“Brazzle Dazzle Brilliance!”

Pete (Sean Marshall) is a young orphan who runs away to a Maine fishing town with his best friend, a dragon named Elliott who can turn invisible whenever he likes. Nora (Helen Reddy), the lighthouse keeper, takes the boy in alongside her father, but Elliott's pranks keep landing them in trouble, and Dr. Terminus (Jim Dale) wants the dragon for himself. Don Chaffey mixes live actors with a hand-drawn Elliott and fills the town with songs.
