Pilot Pirx's Inquest

Pirx (Sergei Desnitsky) is an experienced pilot hired for a top-secret test, to judge whether experimental androids called "nonlinears" can serve as crew on future space flights. He is sent toward the rings of Saturn to launch two satellites, working beside a crew he cannot be sure is entirely human. Marek Piestrak builds the story from Pirx's own task of finding the one hostile among them, and the film keeps asking how anyone proves who is a person.
