“Pippi Longstocking's Newest, Most Hilarious Adventure!”

In this 1970 Swedish and West German sequel, Tommy (Pär Sundberg) and Annika (Maria Persson) have had enough of their strict parents and decide to leave home. Pippi Långstrump (Inger Nilsson) goes along to look after them on a long trek. It is the last of the original series and the only one not drawn from an Astrid Lindgren book, and Olle Hellbom directs with the same cast from the 1969 TV show.
