Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

“Prepare to be blown out of the water.”

In the Caribbean of the early eighteenth century, Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) takes the Black Pearl from its owner, Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), and carries off Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley), the governor's daughter. Blacksmith Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) has no love for pirates, but he teams up with Jack to get her back. Gore Verbinski sends them after a crew that cannot die, and Elizabeth's life depends on how fast they reach her.
