Pistol Whipped

“They came to collect a debt... He paid in full.”

A stranger approaches a man buried in gambling debt with an offer to wipe the slate clean, on one condition: he kills the city's most notorious gangsters. The man is Matt Conlin (Steven Seagal), a former cop whose sharp instincts survived his habit, and the stranger is The Old Man (Lance Henriksen). Roel Reiné sets the job in motion, and Matt takes it because a debt that size leaves him no other way out.
