Pitch Black

Richard B. Riddick (Vin Diesel) is a dangerous convict being transported to prison when a comet tears through the spacecraft, forcing it down on a barren planet. The survivors, including pilot Carolyn Fry (Radha Mitchell), have hours before nightfall brings creatures that hunt by sound and heat. Riddick's eyes see in the dark; the group needs him alive to reach the ship's beacon, and he needs them to survive what comes next.
