Pitfall

Otsuka (Hisashi Igawa) is a drifter who walks into a seemingly deserted town with his young son, looking for any work that will keep them fed. The place is full of lost souls, and after a bit of bad luck he becomes one of them. Hiroshi Teshigahara, in his first feature, draws a man toward a town that has already marked him, and the cost to his child is never far off.
