“Everyone has a secret.”

Lucas (Tom Blyth) is an undercover cop in 1990s New York, sent to lure gay men into arrests, and he is good at it until one target, Andrew (Russell Tovey), doesn't fit the job. Carmen Emmi follows the two of them as the connection deepens in secret, while his unit keeps pressing him for numbers. Every night he goes back out, and every night he risks his badge, his cover and Andrew.
