Playing the Victim

Valya (Yury Chursin) has dropped out of university and walked into a police station, not to confess to anything, but to ask for work. The job he wants is playing the victim in murder reconstructions, lying down as the corpse while detectives act out the crime around him. Kirill Serebrennikov puts him beside the Captain (Vitaliy Khaev), and an odd, wary attachment forms between the older officer and the young man who keeps volunteering to die.
