Plunkett & Macleane

“They Robbed The Rich...And That's It”

In eighteenth-century England, the coaches of the rich roll through country roads and the poor have little but their wits. Will Plunkett (Robert Carlyle), a career criminal, and Captain James Macleane (Jonny Lee Miller), an officer with society connections, agree to rob the aristocrats together. Jake Scott puts the highwaymen in motion, and Thief Taker General Chance (Ken Stott) trails them close behind.
