Pocket Money
“The two most memorable characters the West can never forget!”
Nobody quite explains why Jim Kane (Paul Newman), a cowboy who has always played it honest, ends up working for a crooked cattle dealer. Debt and a short supply of options get him there, and Leonard (Lee Marvin) comes along. Stuart Rosenberg sets the job in Arizona and northern Mexico in the 1970s, with Newman and Marvin worn down by sun and dust and still hoping for pay.
