Tim Goodman (Justice Smith) arrives in Ryme City to find his estranged father missing, and the only witness is Detective Pikachu (voice: Ryan Reynolds), a wisecracking electric mouse with no memory. Together with reporter Lucy Stevens (Kathryn Newton), Tim follows Pikachu through the city's streets, chasing leads tangled with corporate secrets. As the mystery deepens, Tim discovers that finding his father means uncovering what he's become.
