“A bond like no other...”

In the Forest of Okoya, a boy named Koko has grown up in the care of Zarude, a Mythical Pokémon, and has never doubted that he is one himself. Satoshi (Rica Matsumoto) and Pikachu (Ikue Otani) meet him and help defend the Great Tree from the scientist Dr. Zed, with Tetsuo Yajima directing in the series' traditional 2D style. Koko can't use a single move, yet he belongs to the forest and the family that raised him.
