“They thought they possessed the ultimate weapon. They hadn't counted on Jackie Chan.”

In 1996, Hong Kong cop Chan Ka-Kui (Jackie Chan) is sent abroad to work with Interpol on tracking down an illegal weapons dealer. Stanley Tong sends him through a trail of arrests and chases, and Chan slowly realises he is being used by an organisation posing as Russian intelligence. Alongside Tsui Kit (Jackson Liu) and Uncle Bill (Bill Tung Biu), he now has to work out who is actually pulling the strings, and what happens if he can't.
