Poor But Beautiful

Romolo (Maurizio Arena) and Salvatore (Renato Salvatori) are neighbours and best friends in Piazza Navona, Rome, young men with no money and plenty of good looks. Both of them live at home with their parents, and both fall for the same girl, Giovanna (Marisa Allasio). Dino Risi keeps the friendship at the center, so the pull of one girl on two close friends is what the comedy turns on.
