“A comedy that strikes all the right keys.”

Rose Pamphyle (Déborah François) leaves her small-town life in the late 1950s for a secretary's job with insurance agent Louis Échard (Romain Duris), and he spots a talent she never knew she had: she types fast with two fingers. He puts her through a training regimen for the world speed-typing contest in New York, and Régis Roinsard films it all in the bright, pressed colors of the period. Rose, who wanted only a better job, finds herself wanting to win.
