Possible Worlds

A man named George Barber (Tom McCamus) is found dead, and the inspector working the case, Berkley (Sean McCann), keeps meeting the same man alive in other rooms, with other women, under other circumstances. In one of those worlds he is with Joyce (Tilda Swinton), and Robert Lepage adapts John Mighton's play with the same few faces recurring in each version. The question underneath is how much of a person stays fixed when everything around him is rearranged.
