Pound of Flesh

“The black market is about to get bloody.”

Deacon (Jean-Claude Van Damme) wakes in a hotel room in China the day before he is due to give his kidney to his dying niece, and finds he has been stitched up and robbed of it. The former black-ops agent goes down from the opulent hotel and into the city's darkest corners to track the organ down. Ernie Barbarash puts the clock on his niece's operation against every step Deacon takes, and he loses blood with each one.
