Praise This

“Sometimes the music can lift you higher than you’ve ever been.”

In the lead-up to a national championship, a struggling church praise team is looking for a lead voice, and Sam (Chlöe Bailey) is the one nobody expected to get. She is a singer chasing stardom who gets pulled in by her cousin Jess (Anjelika Washington), and she takes the spot hoping it opens the door she wants. Tina Gordon puts Sam at the front of the choir, where her ambition and the group's need for her collide.
