Prancer

“Something magical is about to happen.”

Jessica Riggs (Rebecca Harrell Tickell) is the daughter of a poor apple farmer, and she wants Santa Claus to be real badly enough that she decides he is. When she finds an injured reindeer, she takes it for Prancer, fallen from a Christmas display in town, and hides it in the barn with cookies until she can send it back north. Her father, John (Sam Elliott), has other plans for the animal, and John D. Hancock keeps the story small and close to the family.
