Predestination

“To save the future he must reshape the past.”

A Temporal Agent (Ethan Hawke) travels through time to stop killers before they act, and his last assignment is the one criminal who has slipped away from him across every era: the Fizzle Bomber, whose next attack will kill thousands. Michael and Peter Spierig set the first stretch in a bar, where the Agent tends bar and listens to the Unmarried Mother (Sarah Snook). The two sit across a counter, and each seems to know the other better than a stranger should.
