A temporal agent (Ethan Hawke) walks into a dingy bar and orders a drink from the Bartender (Ethan Hawke). He's been hunting the Fizzle Bomber across decades, a terrorist who detonates explosives at key moments in history. When a customer (Sarah Snook) arrives with her own story to tell, the agent recognizes a connection that pulls him deeper into a case where every answer only tangles the timeline further.
