Prince Vladimir

A young prince is raised by the high priest Krivzha (Aleksandr Barinov) as an impulsive pagan, and the boy never questions what his teacher wants from him. Vladimir (Sergey Bezrukov) wins the fight for supreme power, though it costs him his brother, and he stays blind to the conspiracy between his teacher and the Pechenegs. Yuri Kulakov animates the story, and what binds the prince to Krivzha is a loyalty the priest has been using since Vladimir was a child.
