Princess Mononoke

Ashitaka (Yoji Matsuda), a young prince cursed by a dying boar god, travels west seeking a cure and stumbles into a conflict that has no cure. Lady Eboshi (Yuko Tanaka) leads a town that strips the forest for iron, while San (Yuriko Ishida), raised by the wolf god, fights to protect what remains. Miyazaki builds a world where both the human girl and the forest warrior want to survive, and their bond becomes the only thing either of them can hold onto.
