“Somebody's always watching.”

Kathryn Carlyle (Ashley Benson) is a struggling actress who feels like a guest in her own marriage, and she wants someone to pay her real attention. She finds it in Ben (Shiloh Fernandez), the new gardener, who listens closely and treats her gently, though he is not who he says he is. Chadd Harbold's remake of the 1960 film turns on what a lonely person will let in through the door once someone finally notices her.
