“Rip-roaring adventure on the old China Coast.”

Sgt. Dragon Ma Yue Lung (Jackie Chan) is a Coast Guard officer in late 19th century Hong Kong, a city where the British hold the land and pirates hold the water. He is stubborn about his service, and he takes it personally when the Coast Guard is made to look like fools. Jackie Chan directed and co-wrote it, with Sammo Hung (Cheuk Yat Fei) and Yuen Biao (Inspector Hong Tin Chi) alongside him, and it ends on Dragon Ma, still standing in his uniform.
