“This A Is for Action!”

Sergeant Dragon Ma (Jackie Chan) gets transferred to the Sai Wan district, where the job turns out to be crowded. A gangster kingpin, anti-Manchu revolutionaries, runaway pirates and Manchu Loyalists all want a share of the place, and Superintendent Chun (David Lam) is on the take. Jackie Chan directs himself and Maggie Cheung, with Dragon in the middle of it all, a uniformed cop in a district nobody else is policing.
