Project X

“When the Air Force assigned Jimmy Garrett to a top secret project, he didn't know what he was in for. Neither did they.”

Nobody on the base will say what Project X is, only that it involves a group of chimpanzees and needs someone to feed them. Jimmy (Matthew Broderick), a young Air Force airman, gets the job and starts to wonder why the answers keep getting vaguer. Jonathan Kaplan lets Jimmy and Teri (Helen Hunt), who taught one of the chimps to sign, grow close over the animal they both look after.
