Proxima

At the European Space Agency in Cologne, Sarah Loreau (Eva Green) is the only woman in an arduous astronaut training program, and she raises her seven-year-old daughter Stella (Zélie Boulant-Lemesle) alone. Alice Winocour follows her after she is chosen for Proxima, a year-long mission, while her guilt over the hours away from Stella grows. Every week of training brings the launch closer, and a year is a long time to leave a child.
